We will send you a referral payment for each individual you refer that purchases an Aqua Chi from us.

Referral Payment Schedule:

If you would like to refer your family and friends to us so that they too can benefit from Aqua-Chi treatments, have them call us at 888-551-6982 or send them to our website at www.waterchi.com. We will provide continuing customer service to your referral.

Please make sure you tell those you refer to give us your name when they purchase their Aqua Chi. (the website shopping cart provides a field where the shopper is asked for the name of the person who referred them)

To ensure that you get the commission you are entitled to, it would be very helpful if you follow up by sending us an email or by calling us with the name of the individual you referred to us. Feel free to do this even if you are not sure that the person you referred will actually make a purchase. Having their name on file will insure that you get the credit for the referral even if they make the purchase at some future time.

We will need you to give us your:

• Full Name
• Mailing Address
• Phone
• Social Security number (if your commission income is $600 or more in one year -
we must report qualifying commissions we pay out to the IRS, and you will be required by the IRS to report all commissions as income.)

We will mail you a check at the end of the next month for each referral sold in any one month, allowing time for the 30 day return policy.

Commissions will be paid per customer referred, not per machine purchased.
